Refund Policy
We provide samples of all digital products on the site. Please review the samples and ask questions before you order.
Pass MY Real Estate Exam Review Videos and the Real Estate Math Made Easy PDF booklet are digital products and are non-refundable once you login. This is a standard policy for any digital purchase from any vendor. (From Apple to Amazon to any CD purchased in a store, you know the app, ebook or software cannot be returned once it is open.)
Your registration allows you to access all materials for ninety days. This rarely happens but if you do not pass just fax or email a copy of your notice and another username and password will be issued without charge until you pass your exam.
Books may be returned but notice of the return must be given by email within 3 days of delivery. (IWill@PassMYRealEstateExam.com)
There is a 20 percent restocking fee for each book. Postage is not refundable.
Opened software cannot be refunded. Defective software will be replaced. (Since 2005 there has only been one CD that was defective.)

From time to time 2 My Classes LLC may use agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services, such as DATABASE MAINTENANCE. However, they are required by us to keep the information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services for us.

When purchasing products through the our web site, the order form will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number.
